Our wines are primarily made from grapes grown right here in our vineyard. The grapes are crushed, pressed, vinted & bottled here at the winery, which is viewable from our Winery Loft!
DRY WINES
VENTI ANNI WHITE
Produced to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Unoaked, light, fruity. Pairs well with fresh fruit, light pasta dishes & mild cheeses.
DRY ROSE
Light, crisp, & refreshing. Wonderful berry aroma. Perfect for picnics, lighter fare.

CHAMBOURCIN
Medium bodied dry red, fruity aroma. Pair with pork, sausage, BBQ.
NORTON
Full bodied dry red. Our state grape here in Missouri. Notes of plum & dark cherry and smoky tobacco. Pair with smoked meats & sharp cheeses.
SEMI DRY & SEMI SWEET WINES
CAVE ROCK OFF DRY
Crisp, clean, & fruity. Slightly sweet finish. Perfect with lighter fair.
GROTTA ROSSA
Blend of Norton & Chambourcin. Lighter bodied. On the dry side. Great with summer BBQ and pizza.
FIRST TIME BLUSH
Semi sweet rose. Fresh and fruity, hints of berry, with a crisp and slightly sweet finish.
SWEET WINES
CAVE ROCK WHITE
Full bodied with a rounded sweet finish. Wonderful tropical fruit, pineapple, & grapefruit aroma. Serve with dessert or savor the sweetness alone.
ROCKIN ROSIE
Light and fruity rose with tons of berry notes. Perfect for sipping on a warm day.
CAVE ROCK RED
Full bodied and fruity. Berry fruits coupled with floral & spicy notes. Oh so good with chocolate!
FORTIFIED WINES
GRANDE BIANCO
Fortified dry white. Dry Traminette fortified with our Grappa. Enjoy with fine cheeses. Perfect with seltzer and a citrus garnish!
VINO GRANDE
Fortified sweet red. A bold wine perfect for sipping as an paertif, or with dessert.
