Our Biscotti Bar is located in our Winery Loft, just off the Tasting Room! All of our recipes are based on Grandma Strussione’s Almond Biscotti recipe and baked in the Winery Loft. Biscotti is a twice baked Italian cookie. It’s traditionally found in Italy and enjoyed with Vin Santo after dinner. The Strussione family has always enjoyed dunking biscotti in wine, and not just after dinner; it’s a delicious treat any time of day! The family has decided to share Grandma’s Biscotti, along with a few other modern variations, to enjoy with our award-winning wines, brews and distilled spirits!
