We’d love to help you host your friends and family to celebrate someone special!  Our Outdoor Pavilion is perfect for a relaxed afternoon sipping wine.  Our Brandy Room offers indoor private space to celebrate away from the crowd.

Outdoor Pavilion:

• Available during normal business hours.  Overlooks our pond and vineyard.  located adjacent to our Tasting Room.  This is a rain or shine venue.  No inclement weather option available.
• seats up to 44 in 31″ wrought iron tables.  additional seating available with picnic tables.
• (1)  6′ table provided for food/beverage
• $75 rental fee based on 4 hours  Additional time may be purchased.

Brandy Room:

• Available during normal business hours.  Private indoor banquet space located behind our tasting room with its own parking lot.
• Maximum 50 guests 
• 60″ tables & banquet chairs, 6′ tables for food/beverage.  White linen available for extra charge.
• $300 rental fee based on 4 hours.  Additional time may be purchased

Details for both venues:

• Wine purchase is required.  At least 1 bottle per every 3 people in your group. No bar service, self serve only. Wine does not have to be consumed on property, you may bring it home with you.
• Wine must be pre-purchased prior to start of event.
• We do not reserve space inside the cave.  However, guests are welcome to go to the Cave during their visit.
• You are welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages.  No other alcohol is permitted on the property.  Cave Vineyard reserves the right to check all coolers/baskets.
• No decorations may be attached to walls, floors, ceilings, pillars in any of our venues.  Tabletop décor is fine however, nothing may be attached to tables/chairs with tape, command strips, tape, tacks, etc. No glitter or confetti in any of the venues is allowed.  No helium balloons permitted.
• Wine Tasting can be arranged if requested ahead of time.
