Our Venues
The Brandy Room
The Brandy Room is attached to our distillery, which is located directly behind the winery. Knotty pine throughout with lighting perfect for meetings or dimmed to candle light for banquets. Rustic atmosphere with all the conveniences. Perfect for family gatherings, retreats, banquets, team building, holiday parties & more!
- Rental: $1500.00 (1 day rental with access to room from 9am-11pm)
- Max Capacity: 150 guests.
- Rental includes: tables, chairs, access to prep kitchen, open vendor selection
- Bar Package required (see below).
- Events may be scheduled during daytime & evening hours
The Winery Loft
Cozy space located just off of our Tasting Room which overlooks the winery production area.
- Rental: $500.00
- Events may be scheduled for up to a 4 hour duration after normal winery business hours Monday-Friday only.
- Max capacity: 50 guests in 52” square tables
- Bar package or minimum wine purchase required
The Pavilion
A beautiful outdoor space offering fantastic views overlooking our pond and vineyard. The Pavilion is located adjacent to the Tasting Room with convenient parking.
- Rental: $1000.00 (1 day rental with access from 9am-11pm)
- Max Capacity: 50 guests in 31” square tables. 75 guests with picnic tables
- Rental includes wrought iron tables & chairs, 60″ rounds available at additional cost. Open vendor selection
- Bar package required
The Cave
A spectacular rustic & natural setting to create a unique event experience! The Cave is a 200 yard walk, down a paved path, from the Tasting Room.
- Rental: $3000.00
- Max Capacity: 100 guests
- Existing tables, chairs, & picnic tables included
- Rentals available May-August
- Bar Package required
- Events may only be scheduled between 7pm -11pm. Set up no earlier than 6pm.
- No restrooms in the Cave. All restrooms located in the Tasting Room which will remain open for duration of event.
- Rental includes a golf cart & driver to shuttle guests if necessary
- Please keep in mind that the Cave is a natural environment. Temps typically range from 70-80 degrees, based on the outside air temp. Condensation (dripping) is common during the summer months. Approximately 30 minutes after sunset, it is possible that guests may see a few bats exiting for the evening. They do so quickly, and guests should not be alarmed.
Bar Packages
Additional Event Information…
- All pricing is based on a 1 day rental. Access to venues varies. Additional time may be purchased if scheduled in advance. No events may extend past 11pm.
- Full venue rental is due as a deposit. The deposit is completely non refundable.
- Final guest count and bar payment due 15 days prior to event.
- If making payments by credit card, please add 3%
- All beverages, subject to 18% service fee.
- Guests are welcome to select caterer of choice. Caterer must contact Cave Vineyard prior to event to discuss accommodations, set up, & clean up.
- Bar packages include 1 bartender per every 100 guests. Ice & disposable cups also included.
- Event hosts are responsible for their guest behavior as well as any damages to Cave Vineyard & Distillery as the result of misbehavior of their guests or vendors.
- Nothing may be attached to walls, ceiling, furniture, floors, or light fixtures in any of the venues. Candles must be contained in votives. No glitter, confetti, or helium balloons.
- In order to ensure the safety of all guests on the property, the Cave will only be open and accessible during normal Cave Vineyard business hours. Event guests trying to access the Cave after normal business hours will be asked to leave the premises.
- Only guests at least 21 years of age and older will be served alcoholic beverages. Bartenders will ask for ID’s.
